October 6 -- Pre-Conference A380 Site Tour
Appointment : Hotel Mercure reception area at 2.30 pm for a departure at 3:00 pm
Visit lasts around 90 minutes and visitors will be driven back to the hotel.
Information required before the tour (this information will be requested, when you register) :
- EU citizens: Name and maiden name for married women, first name, date & place of birth and nationality. We need this information on September 29 the latest, in order to provide you access to the tour.
- Non EU citizens: Name and maiden name for married woman, first name, date and place of birth, nationality.
For security reasons, each visitor will have to show an identity card on the day of the tour.
(EU citizens: I.C. or passport / Non EU citizens: passport). Cameras and camcorders are not allowed on the site.

By train, our hotel is 5 minutes from Toulouse Matabiau SNCF railway station. |
Activities:
All the activities will take place in the Conference room Auditorium Verdi (Amphitheatre Verdi on the plan) and the Exhibition will take place in the Passio (Atrium on the map).
