Highly functional, effectively implemented, and commercially viable virtual simulation is a critical path component in the development process of all commercial aircraft manufacturers.
Whilst the aerospace industry continues to drive the technology requirements for larger, more physically complex, and faster simulations, the most compelling emerging challenges now centre around issues such as the rational integration of multiple systems, the capture and automation of consistent knowledge-based processes, and creating managed simulation environments serving distributed manufacturers and suppliers.
Scheduled in Toulouse, France on 7-8 October, the European Aerospace Summit 2008 will provide a dedicated 2-day review of both current and future thinking on all aspects of simulation process and technology, and as such will create a unique discussion forum for leaders in the industry.
Presentations will include keynote addresses from internationally recognised airframe and supply chain manufacturers from Europe and beyond, as well as simulation technology specialists. Companies such as Airbus, Alenia Aeronautica, EADS Innovation Works, EADS Sogerma, Sogeti, … and many others will share their experience with you.
Covering topics of commercial simulation and business strategy, process management and improvement, and technology integration and implementation, the summit is designed to resonate with business executives, management and project leaders, and design & development technologists throughout the commercial aerospace industry. |
